Terms of Use

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HANSUNG TS ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of the website https://ai.kernex.co.kr ("the Site") operated by the Company.

1. Purpose

The Site is an informational website intended to introduce the Company's drone-based visual recognition solution. These terms apply to all users who view information through the Site.

2. Nature of Site Content

All text, images, videos, and demonstration material posted on the Site are provided for the purpose of introducing the Company's solution. The Site does not provide transactional features such as sign-up, login, or payment.

3. Scope of Demonstration Footage and Certificates

  • Demonstration videos posted on the Site are results of demonstrations performed under specific conditions and do not guarantee performance or results in actual operating environments.
  • Certificates are posted on the Site as images only (no file download is provided) and are valid only within the scope and validity period stated on each certificate. The Site does not warrant any matter beyond the stated scope of a certificate.
  • The Company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the demonstration footage or certificates.

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, videos, designs, and logos posted on the Site belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use this content, or allow a third party to use it, without the Company's prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site, including NVIDIA, Intel, Qualcomm, and KISA, are the property of their respective owners and are displayed only to indicate a cooperative relationship or the use of the relevant technology.

5. Disclaimer

  • The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but does not warrant its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The Company is not liable for disruptions to the use of the Site arising from causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or outages of third-party services (hosting, content delivery, analytics, etc.).
  • The Company is not liable for a user's judgment based on information obtained through the Site or for any resulting consequences.

6. User Obligations
